Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that we do not take returns for orders containing multiple sizes with intentions of checking best fits.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Please note that partial refunds (if applicable) may be subjected to certain cases.
Non-Refundable articles
- Custom tailored or made to measure items and special custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Any jacket that have been customized in any way for example by changing the color or leather type, is not returnable. If it is customized in anyway then these items are specially made for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them.
- We do not offer refunds after 48 hours of purchase on custom orders due to the nature of our streamlined process. Significant time is invested in creating a unique pattern for a custom jacket and arranging all the materials for it.
- Worn or altered items can not be returned. Jackets should be inspected upon receipt. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging an item.
- No refund/ return will be issued to the customer ordering more than two products at a single time. This is to discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
Perfect Fit Guarantee
We promise a perfect fit when you get your jacket made to measure. The jacket will be tailored to fit you perfectly by our expert tailors. We can only offer a fit guarantee when you send in your measurements.
Be spoke tailored garments always fit. We provide you with an easy to follow video guide that shows you exactly how to do the body measurements. When you send us your body measurements, trust us its highly unlikely it wont fit!
But believe it or not our tailors are human, and humans make mistakes, even the perfect ones!
So, in the very rare instance the jacket doesn’t fit you or you have any issues related to sizing. We do not expect you to just live with it. We will take it back and alter the jacket till it does fit or make a new one!!
Please note the request of alterations must be done within 14 days after you have recieved it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What if you order a Custom Jacket and its not what you expected?
We do not expect our customers to just live with a sub par jacket. Please contact us and we will work with you to see if we can fix any issues. We want all our customer to be proud to wear a jacketonlinestore Jacket.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jacketonlinestore.com and we will provide you with an address to send the item to.
Shipping
- To return your product, you should email us at info@jacketonlinestore.com and we will provide the address for return.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot control shipping mishaps and damages.
